AOTMP, the authority on standards and best practices for telecom management, has unveiled plans for the industry’s first-ever virtual conference and trade show for enterprise telecom environment management, scheduled for September 24, 2008.
The free online event will focus on standards and best practices for managing an enterprise telecom and IT environment, and offer all the features of a live conference via an internet-based platform. The one-day event will include more than six hours of educational presentations, interactive question and answer sessions and live panel discussions led by industry experts and thought leaders in telecom environment management. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in peer-to-peer networking with other conference attendees, as well as interact in real-time with exhibitors and learn about new technologies and solutions in one convenient, virtual destination.
“This online event will be a great compliment to our annual TEM conference. It will enable enterprise end users to learn about best practices through educational sessions and explore solution offerings in the virtual exhibit hall, just as if they were attending an in-person event, without the associated travel costs,” said Tim Lybrook, AOTMP CEO.
Session topics will include establishing international telecom management programs, wireless mobility management, benchmarking telecom environments against other organizations, telecom inventories, and strategic TEM program planning.
