Quarterly semiconductor shipments increased 16.9 percent in the second quarter of 2009 and 19.7 percent in the third quarter. Third quarter shipments were 54.5 percent above first quarter shipments, and third quarter semiconductor sales were 40.0 percent above first quarter sales.
