Business process management (BPM) will become an increasingly important technology for IT outsourcing users in the coming years, it has been claimed.
Publishing its predictions for the future of BPM, IT industry analyst Gartner pointed out that modern business environments are more knowledge-based and unpredictable than ever before and need technology which can support this.
