Battle brews in online CRM

According to Gartner, the Asia-Pacific market’s appetite for CRM software generally is growing at a compound annual growth rate of 18.9 per cent and will be worth $US846.4 million by 2011.

Looking at hosted CRM, the company says it is growing at four times the rate of the total CRM market and will be worth more than $US1 billion globally by the end of this year.
