IDC Survey: Administrative Processes can Hamper Coordination

According to leading research group IDC, the average business professional today spends over 13 hours per week creating documents and nearly 7 additional hours organizing them. However, in spite of this, business professionals cannot find the right documents 60-80 percent of the time, resulting in the recreation of past work. As the volume of documents created every year continues to increase dramatically, this document and information management challenge is often exacerbated for enterprises with offices in multiple countries, since language barriers and different administrative processes can hamper coordination.
